Certificate of successful examination will only be issued to those who passed the exam in or before the 2023 academic year.

Certificate of successful examination will only be issued to those who passed the exam in 2023 or earlier. Those who passed the exam in 2024 or later do not need a Certificate of successful examination.

Required documents for residence applications related to Specified Skilled Worker in the Industrial product manufacturing from fiscal year 2026 onwards.

From fiscal year 2026 onwards, when successful candidates of the Manufacturing Sector Specified Skilled Worker evaluation test apply for residence status related to Specified Skilled Worker in the Industrial product manufacturing at a regional immigration bureau, they will also be allowed to submit the Score report as proof of passing the test.

The documents you can submit vary depending on the year of the exam, so please check the following.

Application process

    Please submit your application via email, following the "Email Submission Procedure" outlined below.

    Confirmed by the secretariat.

    The secretariat will review your application.
    We will verify the applicant's information, including the photo and residence card used for the Certificate of successful examination.

  3. STEP 3

    Issuance of Certificate of successful examination

    The Certificate of successful examination will be sent to the applicant via email.
